Opened in 2003, Hotel Villa Bacchus is just across the road and only 20m from the shingle beach and 200m from the heart of Baska Voda which itself is a small fishing village and harbour 9.5km northwest of Mararska on the Adriatic coast between Split and Dubrovnik. Each of the 30 guest rooms, suites and apartments features a mountain, park or sea view. A la carte dining on the restaurant terrace includes chef’s specials with choices including fish, seafood and international meat dishes with regional flavours and the Captain’s tavern is perfect for an aperitif or for sampling a selection of locally produced wine.
