Paphos has it all! A characterful town, Paphos is a modern resort with a wealth of history. Paphos is a town of two parts, ancient and modern. The old town of Paphos is situated on a hill a few miles inland, an atmospheric place to visit with ancient houses and a colourful indoor market. The newer part of Paphos is situated on the coast, and is a lively, cosmopolitan area with plenty of bars, restaurants and nightlife. Paphos also has a picturesque harbour and some UNESCO World Heritage sites close by. Don't miss the Roman mosaics tucked away behind the harbour or the Tombs of the Kings nearby.
