Jaipur overview

Jaipur, the Pink City, is today the capital of Rajasthan. In Jaipur, embark on a tour of the city sights including the City Palace, Palace of Winds, and the Amber Fort. Jaipur has maintained its pink walls which were painted for Prince George's visit in 1876. The City Palace in the heart of Jaipur is now partly a remarkable museum, with its stunning collection of court costumes, minature paintings and hand tied carpets all originating from Amber when the city was relocated. Palace of the Winds is another city landmark where ladies of the courts watch royal processions whilst keeping their faces hidden from the public.
