Designed to blend perfectly with nature, the village is set in enormous grounds on a hillside, giving a real sense of space and tranquillity, which will appeal to couples and families alike.

This collection of beautiful stone cottages, apartments and hotel rooms has been converted from an original village that was abandoned around 1918. The name Ocakköy is a combination of the Turkish words for ‘hearth' and ‘village', and fittingly you will find at least one homely fireplace in each of the individually furnished cottages and apartments. Enjoy any of the three swimming pools (2 are for adults only and the other is perfect for families), relax at one of the bars and enjoy a tasty meal at the restaurant, or the freedom of self-catering.

In keeping with the natural environment, you will find that the local village goats and cows are regular visitors! Since it is in a rural setting it is a good idea to take a torch if you are planning to venture out at night. For those wanting to explore the region, Ölüdeniz Beach is just a 15 minute drive away or you can visit the busy market town of Fethiye, only 10 minutes away by car. With Ocakköy's excellent facilities, however, you may not want to be away for long.

The traditionally designed Apartments and Cottages have:
air conditioning in the bedrooms, small fully fitted kitchen with fridge and cooking rings, balcony or terrace and en suite shower with WC. The apartments sleep up to 3 and the cottages up to 4 people.

The hotel rooms have: air-conditioning, balcony or terrace, kettle, mini-fridge and en suite shower with WC. They sleep 2.

Facilities: 3 swimming pools (2 for adults only), children's pool, jacuzzi, bar, restaurant, wireless Internet access in restaurant area, mini-market, children's play area, TV room, library, table tennis. Pool towels are provided.
